-Production area: The hills of the upper part of West Sicily;
-Winemaking process: Crushing, destemming and cold maceration of 10 hours coincident with fermentation, addition of exogenous enzymes to break down sugars from all precursor contained in grapes, light pressing, static racking, inoculation of selected yeasts and fermentation termo-controlled to 16°C. Aging in termo-conditioned Inox tanks;

-Color: Straw yellow;
-Parfum: Intense with pleasant hints of fruit;
-Taste: Dry, distinctive, soft and balanced;
-Food pairing: We recommend the seafood , appetizers and light main course;
-Alcoholic Content: 13% Vol;
-Best to serve: 8°C- 10°C.
