-Production area: The hills of the upper part of West Sicily;
-Winemaking process: Cooling of the grapes destemming and extraction of the musts with soft pressing, static racking, addition of selected yeasts. Aging at the first in Inox tanks, at the secondo in tonneaux 5hl, then in the bottle for four months in termo-controlled enviroment;

-Color: Straw yellow;
-Parfum: Intense with pleasant hints of fruit;
-Taste: Dry, distinctive, soft and balanced;
-Food pairing: We recommend the seafood and light main course;
-Alcoholic Content: 13% Vol;
-Best to serve: 10°C- 12°C.
