-Production area: The hills of the upper part of West Sicily;
-Wine-making process: Harvested in the first decade of September. Destemming, crushing, maceration of 7 days coincident with the alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 20 - 24 ° C.  Fermentation in termo–conditioned Inox tanks, aging in Inox tanks, barrels and bottles;
ORGANOLEPTIC SHEET

-Color: Red ruby;
-Parfum: Excellent fragrant aroma, composed by intense feelings of fruity, floral, spicy, with hints of ripe plum and chocolate;
-Taste: The full bodied way extracts and the good fixed acidity make it balanced and very pleasant;
-Food pairing: Excellent with hot main dishes, read roast and chesees;
-Alcoholic Content: 13,5 % Vol;
-Best to serve: 16°C- 18°C.
