-Production area: The hills of the upper part of West Sicily;
-Winemaking process: Harvested in the first decade of September. Destemming, crushing, maceration of 7 days coincident with the alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 20 - 24 ° C. Fermentation in thermo–conditioned Inox tanks,  aging in Inox tanks, barrels and bottles;
ORGANOLEPTIC SHEET

-Color: Red ruby with violet reflections;
-Parfum: Composed by intense feelings of fruity, floral, spicy, with hints of fruit;
-Taste:  Full body, balanced, elegant and very pleased;
-Food pairing: Excellent with base dishes of meat, read roast and chesees;
-Alcoholic Content: 14% Vol;
-Best to serve: 16°C- 18°C.
